• Safari (Macintosh only)

Always use the most current version of your preferred browser, as your browser will notify you if there is a new version available.

Browser Compatibility Insights:
Behaviours in previous browser versions may not be resolved in the current version. If you encounter such issues, updating to the newest browser version is the recommended solution.

JavaScript and Browser Extensions:
Ensure JavaScript is enabled to run Canvas successfully. Some browser plugins or extensions may conflict with Canvas functionality. If issues persist, consider troubleshooting by logging into Canvas using an incognito or private browser window.

Optimal Content Display:
For the best performance in Canvas, design content to support HTML5. Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari utilize HTML5 for a faster, more secure browsing experience. Be cautious when viewing insecure content in Chrome and Firefox.

Computer Specifications and Operating System:
Access Canvas on a computer that supports recent browser versions. It is recommended to use a computer five years old or newer with at least 1GB of RAM. Keep your computer's operating system up to date with the latest security updates and upgrades.

Internet Speed:
A minimum Internet speed of 512kbps is recommended for optimal Canvas performance.

Mobile Devices:
If using a mobile device, access Canvas through the mobile app or mobile browser. For the best user experience, download the Canvas mobile app, compatible with Android 8.0 or later and iOS 15.0 or later.

Mobile Browsers:
For mobile browsers, download from the Apple Store or Play Store. Compatible browsers include:
